Kelly Aalseth is the Leadership Development Coordinator for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Greater Los Angeles. She coaches and trains young leaders so they thrive in their lives with Jesus.

Kelly is a credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation, and is in the process of getting her Masters of Theology from Fuller Seminary. Kelly graduated from UCLA in 2008 with a BA in International Development Studies.

Kelly writes from an authentic place, using her experiences of ministry and chronic pain to grow leaders in their knowledge of God, self-awareness, and practical life skills.
